L'appartamento è grande, molto ben arredato e pulito, inoltre la zona in cui si trova è strategica per raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochi minuti. L'unica pecca è stata la cucina, avevamo scelto quell'appartamento apposta per poterci cucinare una cena in casa, ma l'abbiamo trovata scarsa di utensili (almeno una padella antiaderente sarebbe utile) e sinceramente pensiamo sarebbe un'attenzione gradita far trovare quantomeno sale e olio di servizio.

Miriam Levine2022-11-24We booked our stay in Florence with Newtopique, a rental agency. Their office is in the historic Center of Florence, as are their apartments to rent. We stayed for 3 weeks in an incredibly beautiful old palazzo. The office and personnel were very accommodating and gave us suggestions of where to eat, shop etc. The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. They provided an information video on how to use the washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioner….which was incredibly helpful. Their attention to detail made us feel that this was our apartment. Two lovely ladies. We already booked our next trip with Newtopique.

Walk out the door, and you're right where it all happened! The Daphne apartment is on the 4th floor of a historic building overlooking the Piazza Signoria - putting it a minute's walk away from the Uffizi Gallery, and an easy 5 minute stroll from the Ponte Vecchio. Hosts Francesa and Adelaide met us at the property and showed us the ins and outs of this wonderful apartment. The separate bedrooms, one with two single beds was perfect for our family of four. And the large dining table and living room gave us space to spread out and relax. The kitchen features a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and one of our favorites: the Espresso coffee machine, complete with coffee pods! And - no need to memorize instructions. They've put together a complete pictoral and video guide to the apartment and surroundings - visually illustrating how to operate the appliances, giving excellent suggestions for authentic Italian dining, and suggesting "must see" spots to visit. Luxurious bedding, a fantastic shower, and a large smart TV made Daphne the perfect retreat after our long days exploring the city. I look forward to returning to Daphne the next time I'm in Florence!
